Even though the LA market shows signs of slowing down, the demand for housing in these specific areas remains strong. The Harland West Hollywood – 

Address: 702 North Doheny Drive, West Hollywood

Developer: DM Development and Faring 

This development has 37 condominiums in total, including residences, townhomes, and penthouses. Potential residents of the building have plenty to look forward to including elaborate kitchens with custom cabinetry, Miele appliances, and “Calacatta-honed marble countertops.” Indoor and outdoor living comes together in each unit thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass walls and spacious terraces and patios. The modern aesthetic and additional amenities such as a fitness center, yoga studio, bowling alley, and 24-hour attended lobby. 

Gardenhouse – 

Address: 8600 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills

Developer: Palisades 

Each of the 18 units offers a unique layout with open concept floor plans and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. This is the first residential development in the U.S. for architect Ma Yansong,  founder of MAD Architects. Yansong brings his design philosophy of an emotional connection between humans and nature to this project. The Gardenhouse website says reveals that , “Residences offer the space and privacy of a signature custom home and are designed to incorporate nature into the living experience.” Residents of Gardenhouse will enjoy beautiful outdoor living areas, reflecting pool, and two-story living art wall. 

The Meyer at Third 

Address: 118-126 North Flores St., Beverly Grove, Los Angeles

Developer: BLDG Partners 

This 8-unit development is located right by many restaurants and shops on 3rd street. Meyer at Third provides future occupants with 1 or 2 bedroom units as well as a contemporary interior design. Even though the condos have been redesigned, they still feature wood-burning fireplaces and hardwood floors. Some of the new features include Miele and Bertazzoni appliances, marble and quartz countertops, and custom millwork. Each resident will be able to enjoy their own private outdoor space. The units range in square footage from 950 to 1,350 and are slated to hit the market in April.
